Finance for decision making- (LONDON)

Management accounts, budgets, forecasts, unit costs, full costs, marginal costs, cashflow – there are many different ways to think about your finances, but which tool should you use and when? This course will look at different finance tools and when you should use them for the decisions you face when running your charity. 

Sessions will cover: 

  • Costs and when they are relevant to a decision
  • How to assemble the right information for new ventures, growth and expansion
  • Financial information for decisions about investment in income generation
  • Planning ahead and particularly in time of uncertainty
